Taquito (16)Corn tortillas rolled up with mushroom, rajas, red onion, lime zest and jack mix, then deep fried. Set on a plate and covered with red and green salsa, green sour cream, cotija cheese, queso fresco, red onion and pickled jalapeno. Garnished with shredded romaine that is dressed with cilantro and lime juice.

Black Bean TostadasSpicy Black beans cooked in onion, cilantro and chipotle chili. Tossed on top of fried corn tortillas with avocado, queso fresco, cotija cheese and pickled jalapeno. Garnished with a romaine salad that has queso fresco, cotija cheese, green sour cream, red and green salsas, red onion, cilantro, pickled jalapeno and lime juice.
Tuna TacosSoft corn tortillas served with a tuna mix that contains queso fresco, rajas, cilantro, corn, red onion, green sour cream and jalapenos. Combined with spicy dressing (onion, tomatillo, seeds, jalapeno, herbs, lime juice and champagne vinegar). Served with red and green salsas and garnished with pumpkin seeds and cotija cheese.

Rib Eye12 oz rib eye marinaded in garlic, evoo and herbs. Served with a spicy salad containing cactus, corn, tomato, jalapeno, avocado, romaine, red onion, cotija cheese, green sour cream, spicy salad dressing, and corn chips.
PozoleVegetarian chile soup containing guajillo, tomato, onion, hominy corn, oregano, arbol and mixed veggies. Garnished with romaine, red onion, oregano, lime, cilantro, green sour cream, cotija cheese, queso fresco and radish
Pork BudinPork butt braised with onion, tomatillo, jalapeno, thyme and cumin. Layers of corn tortilla, shredded pork and jack cheese mix. Topped with red and green salsas, green sour cream and cotija cheese.
