Memorizing Lists and Data

In the first part of Phonetic Mnemonic System, you learned how to memorize long strings of numbers. Now, you will learn how to memorize things other than numbers.

The Peg

The first step in memroizing lists and data is to use the code to create a list of pegs. A peg is a mental image on which you link the information you wish to remember. For example, here is a sample peg list for the numbers one to ten.

Peg Lists: 1 - 10

The Link

The second step in memorizing lists and data is to link the information you wish to remember to your peg. To link the two together, simply (1) make a picture of both of them, then (2) imagine the two pictures interacting.
