Equivalent Ratios | Ratios that name the same comparison. |

Percent | A ratio comparing a number to 100. |

Proportion | is a statement that two rates or ratios are equivalent. |

Rate of Change | is a rate that describes how one quantity changes in relation to another quantity. |

Proportional Relationship | between two quanities is one which the rate of change is constant or one in which the ratio of one quantity to the other is constant. |

Porportional relationship decribing words | per or for each |

The proportional relationship between x and y | k=y/x. |
