Finish this page:

Chemistry

List the activity series for metals. Have the most easily oxidized ones at the top and the most easily reduced ones at the bottom.

Organic Chemistry

Have pictures of different functional groups in one column, and their names in the other column: alcohols, ketones, esters, carboxylic acids, aldehydes, ethers, amines, amides, aldols, hemiacetals, hemiketals, pyran, furan, benzene, etc.

Biochemistry

Have pictures of different amino acids or monosaccharides in one column, and their names in the other column. pp.333-334 in Lubert Stryer's "Biochemistry" 3rd Edition, 1988, W. H. Freeman, New York (ISBN=0-7167-1843-X) gives good examples.

List electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR/ESR) g-values (gx,gy,gz) and hyperfine couplings (Ax,Ay,Az) for free radical forms of amino acids (tyrosyl, tryptophanyl, glycyl, histidinyl, cysteinyl, etc.). Walter Gordy's "Theory and applications of electron spin resonance", Wiley, New York, 1979 (ISBN=0471931624) might have some charts like this. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16235221 is from 2005 and should list a few.

Language

Braille symbols for different letters and numbers. Use graphics if possible.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braille for more.
Japanese Kanji characters and their sounds.
Russian letters and their sounds.
Chinese characters and their sounds.
Klingon words and phrases.
Tolkien's Elf, Dwarf, and Mordor languages.

Literature

Do sort of like Cliff's Notes for major works of literature.
You could have one column be the titles of chapters from the book and the other column be major events in that chapter.
You could have one column be character names and the other column be brief descriptions of the characters, what they did, things they said, what they symbolize, etc.
See Philosophy for some sample book summaries.
See http://www.cliffsnotes.com/WileyCDA/ for online Cliff Notes.

Dynamic Tables - site improvement suggestion

It would be great if users could dynamically pick only two or three of the usual 5 or 6 items in each table to memorize at a time and then incrementally increase by one more item. Some items are very difficult to memorize as 5 or 6 item sets. i.e. Guitar
