Have pictures of different amino acids or monosaccharides in one column, and their names in the other column. pp.333-334 in Lubert Stryer's "Biochemistry" 3rd Edition, 1988, W. H. Freeman, New York (ISBN=0-7167-1843-X) gives good examples.List electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR/ESR) g-values (gx,gy,gz) and hyperfine couplings (Ax,Ay,Az) for free radical forms of amino acids (tyrosyl, tryptophanyl, glycyl, histidinyl, cysteinyl, etc.). Walter Gordy's "Theory and applications of electron spin resonance", Wiley, New York, 1979 (ISBN=0471931624) might have some charts like this. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16235221 is from 2005 and should list a few.

Do sort of like Cliff's Notes for major works of literature.
You could have one column be the titles of chapters from the book and the other column be major events in that chapter.
You could have one column be character names and the other column be brief descriptions of the characters, what they did, things they said, what they symbolize, etc.
See Philosophy for some sample book summaries.
See http://www.cliffsnotes.com/WileyCDA/ for online Cliff Notes.
