Mnemonic memory aids
Add words or phrases to help you remember things. For example, you could add "(Houston, we have a problem)" next to "Houston" in the above table, if that helps you to remember "Rockets".Memorize.com is designed so that you can create your own version of any table on the site. You can add hints to tables while you're memorizing by double-clicking.
Flashcards
Consists of repeatedly looking at items and attempting to recall the corresponding items until you remember them reliably. Here are some "items" that can be memorized via flashcards:
| City | NBA Team |
|---|---|
| Chicago | Bulls |
| New York | Knicks |
| Boston | Celtics |
| Houston | Rockets |
| Toronto | Raptors |
Click a "start memorizing" button to begin a flashcard process. It starts by showing you a random item. Attempt to recall the corresponding one and then click the button. Click the button right away if you can't recall or simply don't know it yet. Continue until the table fills up.
