EvaporationWhen liquids turn into gasses.
PrecipitationAny form of water that falls to the ground. It’s the act of precipitating; happens suddenly or unexpectedly.
CondensationWhen water collects droplets on a cold surface and humid air is in contact.
TranspirationProcess where moisture is being carried through plants. Usually it’s in the roots or pores of the plant then later brought into the atmosphere.
RunoffWhen something is drained or flowed off the land in streams.
Riparian VegetationIt’s the area between land and and the river of a stream.
WatershedAn area or ridge of land that separates waters flow different rivers, basins, or seas.
