Felony 245 (a) (2) With Firearm against the person of another.
Felony 245 (c) On peace officer or firefighter with a deadly weapon or instrument other than firearm, or by means likely to produce great bodily injury, while an officer or firefighter are performing duties and perpetrator knows or reasonably should know such.
Felony 246 Discharge firearm; inhabited dwelling, etc. Maliciously and willfully discharge firearm at inhabited dwelling house, housecar or camper.
Felony 261 (a) Rape is an act of sexual intercourse with a person not the spouse of the accused.
Felony 273.5 (a) Injure spouse or cohabitant: inflict injury on victim described in (b)
Felony 273.5 (b) (a) Applied if the victim is or was one or more of the following: (1) The offender's spouse or former spouse. (2) The offender's cohabitant or former cohabitant. (3) The offender's fiancé or fiancée, or someone with whom the offender has, or previously had an engagement or dating relationship, as in 243(f)(10). (4) The mother or father of the offender's child.
Felony 459 Burglary: Enter a residence, room, or any structure, tent, vessel, RR car, cargo container, trailer coach, inhabited camper, locked vehicle, aircraft, mine etc., with the intent to commit grand or petty larceny or felony. Inhabited means being used for dwelling purposes, whether occupied or not.
