Long Division | Standard procedure suitable for dividing simpe or complex multi-digit numbers. It breaks down a division problem into a series of steps |

Terminating Decimals | decimal that contains a finite number of digits |

Natural Numbers | set of numbers (1,2,3, 4......) also called counting numbers |

Opposite Numbers | two different numbers that have the same absolute value |

Positive Numbers | numbers greater than zero |

Rational Numbers | set of numbers that can be written in the form a/b where a and b are integers and b is not equal to zero |

Repeating Decimals | decimals in which a pattern of one or more digits is reapeated indefinitely, for example 0.353535 |

Zero Pairs | pair of numbers whose sume is zero |

Integers | set of whole numbers and their opposties |
